Students who recently sat their GCSE exams have cause to celebrate today as they collected their results today. It has been another year of success, with 77% of students achieving grades 9-4 in English and maths – 57% were grades 9-5.

We have once again shown how focusing on a mission to create a positive learning environment for all our students pays off dividends when it comes to educational attainment.

John Vincent, Principal said:

“Congratulations to all our students on your outstanding GCSE results! Your hard work, dedication, and resilience have truly paid off. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. These achievements are a testament to your efforts and the support of your families and teachers. Well done!”

Ruby Alexander was one of our top performing students and achieved five grade 9s, three grade 8s and two grade 7s!

Ruby said:

“I am elated with my results! I can now study A Levels in Chemistry, Physics and Biology.

Sienna Dickens, Year 11 student said:

“I am really proud of myself! I’ve got the grades to study at Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form”.

Joanne Warren, Year 11 student said:

“I am really happy with my grades. I passed Maths after struggling last year but I attended the maths camp and intervention sessions arranged by the school. I’m so pleased all the hard work and support I received has paid off.
