A generous £70k donation has been made to the Inspiration Trust family of schools - which we are a part of - to help us to support our communities during the coronavirus crisis. Each of the 14 schools within the trust has received a donation of £5k.

The school is donating:

  • £2,500 to Cromer & District Foodbank
  • £2,500 to The Benjamin Foundation

Antony Little, Principal at Cromer Academy, said: "We were very surprised to receive this generous donation and we're pleased to be able to give it to the Cromer Foodbank and The Benjamin Foundation. These organisations do incredible work with our families and with the wider community. We're proud to support them during this difficult time."

Kirsty Pitcher, Interim CEO of The Benjamin Foundation, said: “The Benjamin Foundation are proud to work in partnership with Cromer Academy to support children and young people’s emotional wellbeing. This generous donation will help us to continue our vital work locally, supporting the wellbeing of vulnerable young people, such as those living in our Supported Accommodation settings, during this difficult time.”
