Kirsty is Head of House Blogg and a proud member of the Cromer Academy team. As the Designated Safeguarding Lead, Kirsty has oversight of safeguarding, personal development and SEND. 

Before joining Cromer Academy, Kirsty achieved Advanced Skills Teacher qualification and coached NQTs and experienced teachers to develop and enhance their practice. She is committed to ensuring all pupils have the support and care they may need, allowing them to fulfil their potential.
