Meet our Team

Sarah is a Science specialist and specialist trained SENCo. She is fully committed to supporting all pupils in the school and believes  that high-quality teaching for SEND isthe same  as high-quality teaching for all. Her own experiences have led her to believe that determination, hard work and a positive, ‘can do’ attitude are the key to success.

Prior to starting at Cromer Academy, Sarah spent a number of years working as a Scientific researcher and she has experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry. She continues to have a passion for research and believes that the development of policy and practice should be underpinned by strong, evidence-based research.
